That was my question awhile ago. So far I got no useful info on how to buy that script with a credit card and I can read Russian. I have contacted the developer with the same question, got no info I could use.

Russians are using some weird WebMoney system which I can't figure out. Obviously, the developer is not interested in selling dle to anybody but Russians otherwise his site would have some kinda cc gateway.

Anyway, if you get any luck with the purchase let me know.

I have been trough this webmoney hell before I just do not understand what they want from me.

Another thing with webmoney is that you cannot get a receipt for the transaction

because you ain't buying DLE directly from PC-Soft. As the result you cannot prove that money were spent for business purposes.
