its all about forum rules.

The group of guests does not have possibility to send PM. There is enough of that it is possible to come into options of group and to see, that options PM are inaccessible.

P.S. In my opinion you simply bluff, that talk in English since a lot of syntactic and spelling errors...

Unfortunately, you cannot give your guests access to PM system.

As I understand it's done to encourage guests to register and participate website activities.

According to official DLE support forum rules all new users must provide a link to website in question,

otherwise their accounts will be banned. Sorry, man.
