Some Problems. Category Module

I wish you are help to me.

I use DLE category module. But it have some problems.

1- I add news. its name example.

its link abc.com/main_category/sub_category/example.html

also I enter abc.com/sub_category/example.html.

It's make a problem for search engine ?

My site blocked for badlink ?

2- I cant make space my main category.

for example..

Main1

sub1

sub2

(space)

main2

....

I want use treemenu module. But its broke my theme tables.

Can anybody help me ?

Or you are advise different module ?

essentially I want use treemenu. Because it have open - close javascript.
