You gotta talk to someone who knows what Ajax is 'cause I don't.

Make sure that "Yes" and "No" did not switch places.

That happens. "Use Ajax = No" might actually turns it on.

Again, I would not know what exactly should I expect from this feature.

As for "@setlocale" all I can say that Russian and English files are different.

Also, English language files are adjusted to use English calendar so they have

extra stuff in them.

Up to ver. 7.2 all the adjustments were done by CelSoft.

Now, that he has dropped support for English version of DLE

I am not sure we get it working the way it should through out all the future versions.

Do not forget that Russian language files include only part of what should be translated

makes usage of UTF-8 quite painful and almost impossible for people with no working

knowledge of Russian.

CelSoft does not officially has English version of DLE

Therefore, no tech support for that one.

I am sure you can find plenty of forums on the net that are interested in DLE

discussion as well as support.

As I have already mentioned you gotta have 100% English translation in order to use this script

with UTF8 charset. And DLE is not 100% English.

Every feature that is not included in language files will appear as unreadable garbage.

Of course, you can use windows-1251 since the script was written for this charset but

then your users won't be able to use anything but English including login name and passwords.

And that sucks because the world is bigger than few English speaking countries.
